Meet Frankie Mercer

6 - 8 year old Frankie Mercer is a mystery to us. We have absolutely no idea why this dog is homeless - - - - he's INCREDIBLE! Very pretty outside, and sweet as honey inside. He loves to play, is totally crate trained (and probably housebroken or close to it), will go home neutered, up to date on rabies/distemper/parvo vaccinations, and heartworm tested (negative to be released). This is a well behaved, exceptional dog - - - that deserves to NEVER find himself in this position again. If you would like to be considered as a new home for Frankie, the first step towards doing that is submitting an application.
