SWEET! SWEET! SWEET! Minnie was not even one-year old when her family surrendered her to a high-kill shelter in North Carolina. Her crime? Rubbing up against a family member who used a walker who would frequently run over her tail.

Minnie is just the sweetest, most loving girl. Incredibly affectionate and good with other cats and dogs too. She would do well in a family and is a wonderful companion.. Minnie is a low-key kind of girl. She loves laying in her bed, laying in the sun and coming over to snuggle. Minnie would be a great companion for a senior and also gentle enough for young children. She has delicious big cheeks and big beautiful eyes as well! Minnie will add a calm and gentle presence to your home if you just give her the chance. We have not seen any scratching or hissing from this lovely lady. She is currently in a foster home with 5 dogs and 3 cats and gets rave reviews from her foster mom.

If you are looking for a low-maintenance, gentle, couch potato kind of girl, Minnie is the one for you. Gentle enough for young children. She is fine being picked up and held.

Minnie's adoption fee is $65. She is spayed, FIV negative and up-to-date on shots. Potential applicants must have excellent vet references.
