FOSTER UPDATE: Mama and Mia have literally burst out of their shells. Playing now, and love to have a ball to bounce about will chase and bring back. They are like watching a garden come to life, cannot believe how much fun they are.

My daughter Mia and I are so lucky to have been rescued from certain death by some very kind people. Having lived on the streets, I became a bit weary of strangers and nervous of large dogs, which is understandable! Since coming in to foster care I have made AMAZING progress and I am learning to trust again. It helps that I get to see lots of new people, so I am becoming braver and even give kisses on our first meeting!

My days are spent running around and playing outdoors; I love being active, playing fetch outside and hanging with my daughter! I’m also a great walker and LOVE to go for car rides. At mealtime, I’ve been working on my confidence and eating around other dogs and humans. At naptime or at the end of a long day, my favourite place to curl up is in my crate with Mia for lots of cuddles and comfort.

My personality is sweet, calm and playful and I love to cuddle and be affectionate. Living with my foster siblings has also been helping me overcome my fear of larger dogs and meeting new people. I am also house trained, quiet and well behaved when home alone.

Mamma and Mia are a bonded pair who are looking for their new home together. They would prefer a home with no large dogs, no cats and no young children. They are learning to love and trust and will need a caring family who can understand their personalities and take the time to get to know them and break down those walls. Mamma and Mia would love a home with a fenced in yard where they can continue to spend lots of time outdoors. Mamma and Mia are 2 precious girls looking to receive the love of a true family!
