Meet Blue Boy - Cats OK!
Blue Boy is a favorite. He is easy to touch, pet and handle and accepts treats gently. He is great on a leash and doing well with "sit." He is playful with all animals, even cats. Blue Boy was surrendered to the shelter by his owner who told us there wasn't enough space for the dog. We were told Blue Boy is one year old, good with dogs, good with cats and does well on a leash. This boy has been good with other dogs at the shelter. He weighs about 47 pounds.
The Jefferson Parish Animal Shelter adoption fee is $67. The adoption fee includes vaccinations, mandatory spay/neuter, heartworm test, and microchip.
