Peacemaker Domestic Medium Hair Mix Kirkland, WA

Peacemaker was surrendered to MEOW after her owner passed away. She’s an affectionate and playful girl that loves to give and get some attention, but only if she asks for it. Peacemaker will warm up to you right away, saying hello by rubbing herself on your hands and legs and giving you frequent head butts. She will tolerate being stroked, but will let you know when she’s had enough. She is not pleased if she thinks you’re trying to pick her up, and she’ll respond with soft-paw swats to communicate her discomfort. She has been known to like getting cheek and ear rubs when she wants to be petted, so feel free to stroke her there as long as she wants. When Peacemaker isn’t in the mood for giving or receiving pets, she loves to play with her cat toys, including any kind of wand, ball toys, and toy mice. Give her a chance to introduce herself, and you’ll see that Peacemaker will make a wonderful addition to the family.

Peacemaker was assessed as a Sidekick in our Meet Your Match Feline-ality program. Like all sidekicks, these cats are just plain good company. They like attention but can take a back-seat and be alone too. They do not go looking for trouble but they are not a scary-cat either.
