Description: On a bitter January day in 2012, Frankie and his family (mother, brother, and sister) were rescued from under a porch in West Philly. All eventually found homes. Unfortunately, Frankie's family recently fell on hard times and felt they couldn't care for him anymore. So Frankie was taken from the home and family he knew and loved for 4 years, and found himself alone in a basement. He desperately wants to be in a loving home again. Frankie is playful, sweet, and loving. Might he find a home with you?

Frankie is neutered, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped and is litter box trained.
