Hendrix Chihuahua Tulsa, OK

Hendrix is a male, 13.2 lb, white Chihuahua. Hendrix's estimated DOB is July 2009. Hendrix was left in a dumpster outside one of our clinics along with two cats. :( He's is now in a foster home, and his foster mom just adores him! This is what she says: Hendrix is a laid back kind of dude who is happy with his basic comforts, such as a nice fluffy doggy bed, and a soft blanket that he can burrow under. He prefers to be near or with his humans and loves to snuggle up on the couch or bed. He moves slowly but still has periods of playfulness when something excites him, particularly the promise of a walk or a car ride. He is fine with cats, dogs, and humans of all sizes and ages. Hendrix can be a bark talker when he wants to tell you something. He is territorial about his food and does need to be fed separately from other pets; feeding him in his crate works fine. Hendrix is crate and house trained but he does have a tendency to mark once in new surroundings. A belly band can easily help with that. He's such a sweet and easy going guy. His new home will be lucky to have him! Hendrix has a $150.00 adoption fee plus the cost of six months of heartworm prevention.
