Meet Bee
Bee is a beautiful, 3 year old, Tabby and white, FIV (Feline Aids) positive cat. This means that she needs to be your only cat unless you are planning to, or already have other FIV positive cats. FIV CAN ONLY BE SPREAD TO OTHER CATS and it involves blood contact such as bites. FIV kitties can live full and normal lives and Bee is a very healthy kitty.
Bee never seems to get her fill of attention at our rescue and is a very sweet medium-sized cat. She is a very loving girl, who likes sitting in laps and being pet. Bee has been known to speak her mind, especially when she's being talked to. During the course of the day, a lot of things cross her mind and she's always happy to give you her opinion on them. Bee has never really been around dogs and would be content as an only kitty, but could also do well with another FIV Positive cat, such as one of her roommates. Bee is just one of many, special needs kitties that call the Animal Refuge Center home until their forever home comes around.
Adoption Fees: $60 for Cats, $85 for Dogs
All our pets are spayed, neutered, and up-to-date on all shots. Our dogs have been tested and are presently on Heartworm prevention. The Animal Refuge Center has these and many more pets waiting for a good home. Note: The Animal Refuge Center has a "No-Declaw" policy. Our cats are too old to be declawed without risk of serious behavioral problems.
