Hi there, my name is Chaka. Just like the singer, I’m a real beauty! I'm a little Chi-weenie-Pug mix who would love to snuggle up in a home just like yours. I am about 3 years old and eager to find my forever home. I was rescued from a high kill shelter in Kentucky and I had puppies that have all been adopted.

I’m a "Sweet Thang" and will give you "Everlasting Love". I love giving everyone I meet kisses and I have adapted instantly to my foster home. They have four other dogs in their household and we run, play and bark at the mailman together. I'm a quiet girl most of the time but I am not afraid to run and bark if I hear the doorbell like the other dogs. I am very friendly and will meet and greet people who come to the house. I get along with all the dogs really well and but sometimes when I get really excited they bark at me. I know how to sit and wait my turn for treats. I love food and there was a time when I didn't know when I would eat so I get really happy when I am given a treat. My foster mom is really good to me and lets me have a couple of treats even though she is helping me to lose a couple of pounds. Yay, low carbs and high protein for me!!!!!!

My foster home also has these other animals that look different from me and my foster mom calls them cats. I do not chase them and I let them walk around me as much as they want.

I am almost completely housebroken. I am fine with going into a crate and I love to sleep in the bed in the crate at night.
I love to run and play or just be picked up and held. I was spayed after my puppies were weened and I have no health issues. Like the singer, "Ain't Nobody" going to love you like I will. I am eager to find my forever home. Will you take a chance on me? I love people and animals so much that you would think that my cute little face and big personality would make me worth the price of my adoption fee. Adoption Fee: $250 (includes deworming, microchip with free registration, age appropriate vaccinations and spay or neuter). Any donation above the adoption fee is appreciated and helps us continue to rescue dogs.
