Meet Elphie

Hi I am Elphie! I am an 8 month old, 7lb sweetheart. I am a little shy when I first meet you but I am quickly coming out of my shell in my foster home. I am learning to play with toys and how to play and be a dog with my foster brother and sisters. I will be ready for my forever home July 13th. Adoption fee is $225 it includes spay, annual vaccinations, rabies license, microchip, dewormer, heart worm preventative for the month, vet exam.
