Meet Hudson (bonded with Tiger II)

Hudson is an Oregon transplant here at MEOW. Her owner passed away, leaving Hudson and a passel of siblings on their own until neighbors were able to secure safe places for them. Although Hudson is a timid girl and a bit nervous in new situations, she does warm up with time, patience and a slow approach. She likes having her cheeks and ears rubbed. We expect that once she gets a bit more comfortable with her new surroundings, she’ll be a bit more outgoing and interested in getting to know humans. One thing is for sure, she loves her brother, Tiger II. They pretty much occupy the same space if at all possible. Hudson is approximately 2 years old.

Based on her feline-ality assessment, we believe Hudson wouldn’t be an appropriate match for a family with dogs and young children. Because she has lived with cats, we believe she would do fine with other non-aggressive kitties.

Hudson was assessed as a Secret Admirer in our Meet Your Match Feline-ality program. Secret Admirers do not leap paws first into relationships. Rather, they prefer to take their time getting to know you. Show them a little patience and they will shower you with purrs, head-butts, and plenty of lap time. In the beginning stages of your new relationship, you may not see a lot of them but they will definitely be admiring you from afar and thinking of you.
