Teddy Poodle & Schnauzer Mix Orange, CA

Teddy is a very high energy 2 year old schnoodle (poodle-schnauzer mix), who weighs 11 pounds. He is a very affectionate and happy boy with a curly coat that’s a simply beautiful with its unique silver and sable color. He enjoys being outside in the sun as well as inside sleeping under the couch. Teddy’s favorite activity is to play rough and tumble with his foster brothers and sisters. He LOVES to chase and be chased. Inside the house, Teddy enjoys chewing on Nylabones and getting lots of belly rubs from his Foster Mom.

Teddy has a history of neglect and abuse, so he can be fearful when a new person comes close to him for the first time. Allowing Teddy to approach and sniff the new person on his own terms enables him to have confidence and make friends within a few minutes. Once Teddy is your friend, he is very loving and loyal. Teddy is working on house training and leash training. He’s a very smart boy who is learning new things every day. He is not destructive and does not get into the garbage. Teddy would do best in a home with and experience dog family, who has another energetic pup to play with, and in a home that does not have children or a home that has older children.
