Luke Miniature Pinscher Chicago, IL

Little Luke was found in early April by friends of the rescue and after weeks of exhaustive efforts to find any owners who could be looking for him fell short, we decided to officially make him a One Tail at a Time kid!

He is now in foster with one of our wonderful volunteers and she just cannot say enough good things about what a lovely dog this approximately 15 lb pooch is. He is house trained, a great apartment dog, good in his crate after a few minutes, is treat motivated, good on leash, great with other dogs, loves walks, and is excited to explore! Even more lovely, he is super duper affectionate and so amazingly sweet! He loves, loves, loves cuddles and hanging out with his humans. Though he'd prefer to be with people, he doesn't seem to have any separation issues and is a good boy while his foster mom is at work. Every once in a while he can display a little guarding behavior over certain items and though rare and very manageable in an adult home, we're looking for a forever home without kiddos under 12 for this little dude.
