Garbanzo Rabbit Bunny Rabbit Mix Sacramento, CA

Garbanzo was rescued from the Yolo County Shelter. He is about 10 months
old.

He is very friendly and loves petting on his nose and ears. He is a growing
boy and loves to eat & try new veggies. He is crazy energetic, which is
typical for young bunnies. He likes to shred newspaper and phonebooks. He
has perfect litterbox habits. He is curious and fearless and will jump
anywhere. He has fantastic balance. His new family will need to inspect his
play area carefully so Garbanzo can't escape or hurt himself.

He can get himself into trouble. He loves following you and can get
underfoot and stepped on very easily.

He should be with a family that is familiar with rabbits.

Come meet all of our fabulous foster rabbits! Because we do not have a shelter to introduce our foster rabbits and our volunteers have limited time to respond to all online inquiries, the best way to meet one of our rabbits is to attend our next adoption day. Sometimes people bond to a different rabbit in person than the one they choose online.

 
All rabbits are spayed/neutered (age permitting) and litter box trained. All rabbits are to be adopted to indoor homes only.

Current bunny parents are encouraged to bring their rabbits to adoption clinics if they are interested in adopting a companion rabbit. Your rabbit must be spayed or neutered to be eligible to meet one of our fosters. SHRS volunteers will be happy to help your bunny through that feisty first date.

*We are always prepared to trim nails during adoption day. If your bunny has matted fur, call our bunny line in advance (916-863-9690) to make arrangements for a fur makeover. Donations of $10 are appreciated!
