Dion 'Delightful' Domestic Long Hair Mt. Vernon, NY

This is one handsome cat! He has beautiful long hair and a bushy tail. Dion is the victim of a hoarding situation. Unfortunately his owner kept collecting cats, and did not make enough time to take good care of them. Dion was clearly overwhelmed by the conditions that he had to deal with on a daily basis. He is certainly use to other cats, and gets along very well with both people and felines. He is docile and gentle. He’s also a bit on the shy side. Dion has been through a lot of changes. He is now in an environment that is strange and unfamiliar. Still, he can easily be picked up, and enjoys being held. Dion is just 2 years old. He needs to be in a loving and secure place – not a shelter full of strange sounds including the sound of big dogs barking. He would be eternally grateful if someone gave him the chance to flourish in a new home. Please rescue this loving cat. He really needs a friendly face and a warm lap. He’s been saving up a lot of love and is waiting for you to come and meet him.
