Beamer is a male Bassett hound mix. Beamer has a hounds nose, but once his area has been throughly investigated he can be very affectionate. He will require a fenced-in yard, due to the nature of his breed. Pending a dog to dog match-up he may blend well with another dog. When tested with cats he was VERY interested and curious but no signs of aggressing towards them (use caution). Beamer is recommended with older children (10 +). He may be best with someone with breed specific experience. He is an interesting fellow, and will make a great companion for the right family.
*All HSSCM dogs are spayed.neutered, vaccinated and are microchipped*
