Meet Maizy
Maizy was found abandoned with her five puppies in North Carolina. Unfortunately Maizy tested positive for heart worm so she was brought back to NY for treatment and to recover. Maizy has now had her treatments and is ready for her furever home!
Maizy is approximately 1 year old, 27 lb, fox hound/miniature pincher mix (best guess). She is very low key, completely house broken and crate trained. One of her favorite things to do is hang outside and lay in the sun. She gets along well with other dogs and I think she would be fine with a cat with slow, proper introductions.
Maizy is really the perfect dog. She is independent, yet sweet and affectionate. She is very easy going and just goes with the flow. If you think Maizy would be the perfect dog for you, apply now because this sweet girl will be scooped up quickly.
