** IN FOSTER **
Daisy is currently in a foster home. If you would like to meet Daisy or would like more information, please call Animal Services at 311 or email animalservicesagency@winnipeg.ca

Sweet Daisy is a lovely gal who loves to play. She is a strong girl but has good leash manners and appears to be house-trained. Daisy is very smart and very food motivated which makes her easy to train. She has been successfully introduced to a cat and is learning to be less reactive to calm dogs when out of her kennel and our for walks.

Because or her size and strength it is recommended that she be in a home with no children under 10 years.

Daisy is loved dearly by all the staff and volunteers at Animal Services and her former foster family adores her. Daisy is vetted, spayed and ready to go into a forever home. Animal Services believes so much in this girl that she comes with a FREE TRAINING CLASS.

My adoption fee is $138.00 (plus tax) and will include my:

* Mandatory Spay or Neutering
* Tattoo * Microchip
* 1st License
* Complete check up from our vet
* First shots
* Small bag of dog food
* 6 weeks of Pet Insurance
* Pet ownership information

Choosing the right match will ultimately improve the chances of a successful adoption for both the new owners and the dogs.

BACKGROUND
Almost all the dogs at Animal Services are picked up as strays running loose on the streets of Winnipeg and therefore they come to us with no known history. For this reason we are not sure how they will interact with other dogs, cats or how they are with children. We would suggest that if you have younger children you bring them down with you to meet the dogs. We also have an outdoor play area where we can do introductions with any other dogs that live in the home.

We offer a 7 day home trial with our dogs to families with young children or other pets. If you return the dog within this time period, you will be refunded your adoption fee less $40.00. You must state that you would like to take the dog on a home trial at the time of adoption.

Please feel free to meet all the dogs and puppies outside of their kennels, just let the kennel attendants know that you would like a meet and greet with the dog outside of his pen. The dogs are much more relaxed when outside of their kennels. They would love to meet you!
