Meet Tara

Tara is a small, 4 year old pitty girl with a sense of adventure who wants to get out and see the world. She’s spent most of her life at AuSable Valley Animal Shelter, but she occasionally enjoys a little break from the facility with foster mom Karen. She especially loves her naps by Karen’s fireplace! Tara is housebroken, crate trained and loves toys. She has tons of energy, so sometimes she plays rough. But boy, does she love to play! Whether it’s toys, a walk, or a good, old-fashioned tummy rub, Tara is down for it. Tara is micro-chipped, spayed, and up to date on vaccinations.
