If any guy deserves a special family, it is Hercules! We rescued Hercules as a tiny little baby off the streets. He was riddled with mange and was starving. This adorable little guy quickly fattened up and was treated for his skin condition…all was great and then Hercules broke his leg while in foster care. Unfortunately it was a break that could not be completely fixed with surgery, so Hercules does have a limp sometimes. Hercules had some bad luck and has been passed around his entire short life. All we want is for him to finally have a family who he can truly call his own. He is a big lap baby and is a super love bug once Herc gets to know you; he is silly and playful and very affectionate. Hercules can be very picky when it comes to his doggy friends; he cannot be placed in a home with any dominant dogs male or female. Hercules will need an experienced owner; Because he has had a tough life with little stability, Herc has some issues that his adopter needs to understand and be willing to work with. We are very supportive of our special guy and SNARR is willing to provide training to anyone who adopts Hercules, in order to help his transition be smoother, and to ensure long term placement.
