Jasper is a handsome medium haired solid black male, who is playful, very affectionate and loves attention. When he first came to the Animal Refuge Center, Jasper didn't like dogs, however after being around cat friendly dogs for the past couple of years, Jasper's opinion of dogs has changed quite a lot. Another thing that has softened with time is his dominate personality and Jasper is very much a sweetheart all around these days.

Jasper loves sitting in laps and visitors should have no trouble finding him. He makes very good first impressions and really that should be all that it takes to decide to welcome him into your home. Jasper will do well in a home with a calm dog and or a couple of easy going cats.

Cat Adoption Fees: $60 for Cats, $85 for Dogs
All our pets are spayed, neutered, and up-to-date on all shots. Our dogs have been tested and are presently on Heartworm prevention. The Animal Refuge Center has these and many more pets waiting for a good home. Note: The Animal Refuge Center has a "No-Declaw" policy. Our cats are too old to be declawed without risk of serious behavioral problems.
