The Owl House is a neighbors-helping-neighbors program in rural Spencer NY, assisting low-income and senior residents as they spay/neuter their outdoor cats. Many of our cats and kitten are shy with strangers and therefore were not accepted by shelters. Cats and kittens are adopted into indoor-only homes to reduce the burden on local shelters. We often deliver our cats so adopters must be within at least two hours of Spencer. Our $50 adoption fee should be made payable to our veterinarian so you know 100% of your contribution goes to future cat rescue.
