King Mastiff Norwood, GA

King is the resident snuggle monster here at the Bullpen. He is everything a mastiff is supposed to be... gentle, fun-loving, devoted and family-oriented. His two favorite things are being with his people and going for rides in the car. He may be prematurely grey in his muzzle, but don't let that fool you: this 5.5 year old boy is in his prime and has lots of love to give to the right family.

King has a heart condition that is well managed with daily medicine, but due to his illness, he can not be neutered. This means that the lucky people that end up with this wonderful guy will have to take extra precautions to ensure that he doesn't get the chance to make more little Kings!

King loves hanging out with other dogs and even gets along with most kitties! He is housebroken, knows basic commands, can use a doggy door, and is perfect on a leash. Mr. King is current on his vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped.

**Please be advised that the medicines for King's heart condition cost about $125/mo. Any interested applicants should be able to demonstrate their willingness and ability to afford expense.

Our dogs are available for adoption nationwide but preference is given to adopters willing to do an in-person meeting. Please understand that our dogs are not adopted on a first-come, first-serve basis, but rather we strive for a “perfect placement” so we know that they will not be failed again.
