Please meet Toby.....He is a genuine gift of love.... At 10 years of age Toby's person was forced to find him a new home due to a job transfer out of the country and has asked RetroDoggy Rescue to help.
This delightful, well mannered little guy (4.5 lbs) is healthy, potty trained and very affectionate.
