Meet Billy
Billy came to Special Pals in August 2015 after he was found by an awesome Volunteer in Sealy area! He has scars down his back from what is believed to be possible burns via chemicals or sunburn. He is super sweet and affectionate and would love to be a couch potato on your couch! He has undergone his heartworm treatment, vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. Come meet him today!
He is great with kids and dogs (no cats please)
