Forever puppy face. That is what I call dogs like Lulu. She will always have that puppy look. Her eyes say it all. She is such a genuine little girl. She loves to talk and will roo up a storm. It's almost like she wants to understand you and tell you her thoughts. Her voice is a little raspy yet muffled. Lulu love to play ball, especially with her other canine friends. There isn't a dog that Lulu doesn't like. She gets along with everyone and will engage them to place Chase. Lulu would make a great hiking or running partner. She is enjoying being active after being kept in a kennel from hours upon hours. After she gets her exercise, she will settle down. Lulu loves to be cuddled and fawned all over. She deserves it after everything she has been though. She'd love to find her forever family in time for the holidays.

If you would like to adopt Lulu, please contact Nikole at ddrnikole@gmail.com.

Unless otherwise indicated, all Double Dog Rescue dogs have received the following before being available for adoption:

Thorough veterinary examination

All routine annual vaccinations, including Rabies, DHLPP, Bordatella (kkennel cough), Heartworm Test, Fecal Test, Deworming

Spay/Neuter

All dogs are quarantined for two weeks outside of the shelter (puppies four weeks) to ensure they don't break with disease.

VETTING NOTE: Double Dog Rescue completely vets our dogs thoroughly to the best of our knowledge based on communication with our Southern Vets. If anything is brought to our attention, we treat the dog. After adopting the dog, you will be responsible for following up with all vetting going forward.

HEARTWORM NOTE: Dogs who were treated for Heartworm can test positive up to 4-6 months after last treatment. All dogs are immediately put on Heartguard/Ivermectin following the treatment to kill the Heartworm larvae. All dogs should be re-tested after 5-6 months from the last Heartworm treatment.
