Louise Hound Mix Chicago, IL

This kiddo is one of the smartest pups--she's about 4.5 months old--we've ever met and her foster mom reports she picks up very quickly on training; she apparently learned to sit on street corners while on a walk within a matter of hours. She's also extremely food motivated--so much so that she chows down quickly so would benefit from a slow feeder--and eager to learn.

Louise is a great student when it comes to housebreaking too and is about 85% of the way there with just the occasional accident. In addition to being a total gem with people, Louise is also great with other dogs and loves to play and cuddle.

She can be vocal (has the cutest hound howl even when she's contentedly chewing on a toy!) but not in an anxiety-ridden way, just usual adorable vocal hound stuff.

Louise's $300 adoption fee includes her spay, vaccinations, and microchip. As of 8/29 she'll be a resident at our Adoption Center (2144 N Wood) so please feel free to come visit her during our regular business hours!
