Hey! I’m Russell the amazing gazelle Jack! I’m 2 years old and 20 lbs and solid muscle!
I have very powerful legs and I love to use them to make you laugh and be astonished! I’m a true JRT… all muscley goodness!

But then, even though I’m a true Jack, i am no ordinary JRT! I am a flying JRT. I leap from spot to spot in the yard very gracefully and my foster mom thinks I’m amazing! She thinks it so unusual how I move around.
If she surprises me, I am like a cartoon dog the way I fly up into the air off all fours and hang there for a second in suspension, gosh I’m dramatic hee hee.
I love going for walks and if you like I’ll match you step for step, and if you give me a little lead, then I love to sniff and explore. I enjoy a nice combination on my walks :) I also happen to be very light on my toes and can dance, particularly when I am waiting for my yummy dinner. I’m learning about treats too, I know sit, stay and shake a paw! I don’t really like the crate much, I cry and it makes me sad. But I’m sure we could work something else out if need be.

I am sweet and gentle and take very good care of my foster brother who is a senior jack. I watch over him. I’m leaning how to be a pack mate and I’m really obedient when they tell me to back off – if they do! I share very nicely with my foster brothers and sisters too. I don’t want to be top dog. I would really like to have sister or a brother, probably would like a sister more, but I’m nice with all dogs. I’ve never met a kitty. I could even be very good as an only child. My foster mom says that I’m a kind and friendly boy. Yup! that’s me!

Sitting on your lap and getting cuddled and stroked is all new to me but I gotta say, I’m kind of diggin’ this affection thing! A dog could get used to it!
