Meet Lee - RIP 1/12/17
Lee is currently in foster care and he is not available for adoption. A recent ultrasound shows that some bad things are going on with his internal organs and while a definitive diagnosis can't be done without a biopsy, the vet feels very strongly that we are dealing with cancer.
Lee is almost 15 years old and he has lived a wonderful life. We know his full history and we know he lived his life with an owner who took wonderful care of him, so Lee's story is not a sad one. I am just so happy that Lee has found his way to me so that he can live out his days in a home rather than a cage.
Lee is a very happy, snuggly, and comical guy. He is losing weight but other than that, he's fine and appears to not be in any pain other than from his arthritis that we have been treating with laser treatments and Cosequin.
His medication and prescription food will cost about $100 a month. If you would like to donate towards Lee's care, donations can be made via Paypal by clicking on the link, or checks can be sent to:
