Hi I'm Sebastian and I'm a happy-go-binky guy who loves attention, adventure, treats, treats, and treats! I have special needs! My biggest special need is love. I hope you have this special need, too, because I'm good at giving love. My other special need is a chronic upper respiratory condition that may require ongoing medication. But, this doesn't stop me from being a full super-cooper adoptable best friend and I hope you'll consider adopting me!
