Oscar came in with the little Doxie mix, Nanette. We have no idea what their relationship is but they are very close to each other. Nanette grooms him and he loves his “lady friend”. We are also not sure what breed he is but believe he could have some spitz in him. He is a sweetheart, according to the shelter.
