Meet Sheba

Sheba is a 1 year old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. She is housebroken and crate trained. Sheba needs a home without children, cats or other dogs. She does enjoy playing with other dogs but does best in short bursts due to her overwhelming play style. Sheba would do best in a calm home with a person or family who is home frequently, but with a family that can spend some time exerting her energy! A fenced in yard is a requirement. Sheba is pretty unsure of strangers and as a result would enjoy a low traffic home. She does well out in public. Sheba is starting classes 6/18 to help with socialization. With time and commitment, she would make a good performance dog (agility, hunting, fly ball etc.) She is treat motivated and eager to please!

Sheba's adoption fee is $250 after all vetting. For more information and adoption applications (which must be completed to arrange a meeting) visit Rescued Treasures website at http://rescued-treasures.com/dog-application/. Due to a problem with some applications submitted not being forwarded to us, email Rescued Treasures at rescuedtreasuresadoptions@gmail.com once application has been submitted to notify us that application for (animal you applied for) has been submitted so we can contact you even if application does not go through. We are working on this problem.

Before applying for this dog, please think the decision over thoroughly and make sure the whole family is in agreement. Owning a dog is a huge responsibility that is not something that should be rushed into. Each dog from Rescued Treasures has been saved from an uncertain future. If you are thinking about adopting, please remember it is a LIFE-LONG commitment. Dogs can live to be at least 14 years old...are you ready to take care of him/her that long?
