We can't help but think that someone had a sweet little boy like Boudreaux on their mind when they wrote this. His foster mom says he is already well on his way to being a big ol' lap dog. Our baby boy is a 4 month old black and tan Rottie mix who currently weighs 16 lbs. He still has some pretty big paws to fill so we think he's going to grow up to be around 60 to 70 lbs (that's a big lap dog!). Boudreaux is pretty much what you would expect a puppy to be like. Although foster mom's shoes have remained unscathed thus far, she cautions that he would likely enjoy a good chew shoe given the opportunity (and you would think him an angel the whole time). Suffice it to say, Boudreaux has lots of chew toys to play with for those little teething teeth. He has an adventurous nature and very much enjoys exploring the depths of his little baby pool (it's an ocean in eyes). He has proven to be a very smart boy and fast learner (as evidenced by his mastery of scaling the baby gate). Boudreaux is a lover of humans and other dogs of all ages and sizes (minds his manners with felines as well). He is for the most part already house trained with frequent visits to the outdoors for potty breaks. Foster mom says his mind is a little sponge and he is eager to learn (he already has a good grasp of some basic commands) so he is like a little ball of clay waiting to become a great work of art. Baby Boudreaux is already neutered, has completed all three sets of puppy vaccinations, has his rabies certificate, and is up to date on preventatives. He was very fortunate to have grown up so far in a loving foster home but it's time for him to find his happily ever after in a permanent home with and adoring family to call all his own. He is sure to fill your days with love and laughter and be all you ever hoped for. A happy contented little boy.
