Patricia Domestic Short Hair Mix Waltham, MA

Patricia is;a 5 (or 6!);year old calico female who currently resides at our main shelter site. Patricia is an independent sassy spirit who plays well with others. She was rescued from a kill shelter with several kittens and, at the time,;wasn't afraid to ask for help in raising her babies. In fact,;Patricia allowed her new friend, Curious. who had lost her babies, to help raise her kittens!

She can be found entertaining herself for hours in one of the many Cat Connection climbing towers. While most cats have found their home within the shelter, Patricia roams free, seemingly content in each and every room! She mingles with the other kitties but also loves the attention of people. Although no longer a kitten, Patricia sure plays like one! Moments after sitting down with her she is on her back, wanting a tummy rub or a nice scratch behind her ears. She
also has an adorable habit of sticking out her tongue ;at you! Her body is sturdy and strong just like her attitude.

Patricia would do best going to a forever home with another cat or with a person willing to adopt another cat from the Cat Connection with her. Just make sure to have a climbing tower ready for her!

There is a tax-deductible donation of $150 for each cat and $175 for each kitten. Our policy is to adopt kittens in pairs. We find that kittens are much happier when they have a companion and they tend to expend their youthful energy on each other rather than on your couch!
