Boba Fett Corgi & Shepherd Mix Lewisburg, TN

Boba Fett was brought in as a stray on 5/21/15. He was found wandering around the Shell Station and crossing the Nashville Highway. He is a medium size dog and looks to be a Corgi Shepherd mix. He is super sweet and loving, rolls over for belly rubs, and shys away from cats. Very friendly with other dogs. Loves attention and being a couch potato. He is on owner stray hold until his adoption date.

By TN state law stray dogs are held for 3 days so they can be found by their owners before being put up for adoption. Rescues are allowed to pull dogs on the day after they are put up for adoption. A dog found as a stray wearing a collar is held for 5 days before it is put up for adoption, and on the 6th day is available to rescue. Our shelter is a first come first adopt/rescue facility.  There are no holds placed on dogs for potential adopters/rescue. They are available at 7am on the day they are available.
The current adoption fee is $71 which includes the dogs spay or neuter, Rabies vaccination, and Distemper/Parvo vaccination at a local vet. .  Dogs are given 2 weeks to find a new home and due to limited space and resources are given a two week euthanasia date on intake.
