Hi

My name is Delilah. I'm a one year old Jack Russell. I weigh 9 lbs. and well, truth told, I’m the most beautiful, petite southern belle you have ever seen. My gorgeous face, with my striking blue eyes, makes me pretty unique, aren’t they just magical?

I’m a very friendly young lady, I love greeting everyone I meet with loads of kisses and big tail wags. I love to jump into your lap and show you how much I love you – how? Why, with tons of kisses of course. I always hope that you will give me a big cuddle before you make me get down… that is IF you can resist my charms or gorgeous blue eyes.(hee hee). I like to chitter chatter at you, you can count on me to keep you entertained!

Now that I feel much more secure in my foster home. My personality has started to bloom even more. I put Hugh smiles on my foster mom’s face every day. Why you ask? Well I have started to play with toy, balls and even people. That’s right! Are you up for so great game playing time? I love to play chase the ball/toy will at time bring to back to get again. Now what about a game of tag between me and you? Ready, your it. Catch me if you can!

I’m such a happy little lass that my tail doesn’t know when to stop, it’s like a whirligig and it goes so fast that it’s just a blur. I am a Jack true as I have a strong Jack prey. Did you see what I just seen?

I walk just like a princess on the leash. Watch me strut my stuff down the walk way. I’m also a quick learner and I know that you could teach me anything really quickly, especially if you reward me with treats! OH! and I am totally game for cars rides – I’m an excellent co-pilot; I love hanging my head out the window to smell the way……. let’s go!

At bedtime my foster mom lets me snuggle up next to her for some loving. But when I want to go to sleep, I ask you to hide me under the covers next to your body. It’s the greatest! I can’t believe how lucky I am.

I am learning to hanging out with my foster siblings, but I probably would be happier as an only dog. I am very good in the house while you’re away; my foster mom doesn’t have to crate me or anything!?? I'm very good about going about my business outside, and getting a treat when I come in is so exciting.

I could see me hanging out with your grandchildren. A couple of great looking……… Us strutting our way down the street. What do you think?

I have very few wishes on my list, but I would reallllly like to have a back yard to frolic in, I LOVE my backyard at Foster Mom's. And I think it would be nice be an only princess...I mean dog :) No, I mean princess. There is no denying it! Maybe even grandchildren to play with?
