Meet Bishop #23171829
Bishop is a returned adoption and has been at the shelter for far too long! Aside from his striking features, Bishop is a playful pup that is looking for a forever home. According to his previous owners, Bishop was friendly with the cat he lived with and was nice to others dogs he interacted with. His previous owners did try crate training Bishop which he did not get along well with and claimed he does have some seperation anxiety. Bishop will make a great companion dog, come visit him at the shelter today!
***********************************************************
All dogs are spayed or neutered, receive a 24Petwatch microchip, collar, Luzerne County License, and their first (in a series) of shots as part of the shelter’s $95 adoption donation fee. You are required to see your veterinarian within ten days of adoption for the state mandated RABIES VACCINE.
Please note that this is not a complete list of the animals that we have available in the shelter. If you are actively looking for a new furry family member, please stop in often as we get new animals daily.
Please also be aware that this site is updated by volunteers and a staff member who has also volunteered to do the updates. While some pets will have brief or even detailed descriptions, not all pets will have this. As we learn more about the pets in our care descriptions are added by those volunteers. If a particular pet interests you, please call or visit the shelter today. Thank you for your understanding.
Please help us make your adoption experience not only pleasant, but quicker and easier by providing us with the following:
* Legal ID with your current address
* Verification of home ownership; for example a tax bill
* A letter of permission from your landlord, along with a contact phone number.
* Veterinary records or a letter of recommendation from your veterinarian
