Meera is a loving and sweet kitten who was found as a stray. She has lots of personality and loves attention. Meera is an expert snuggler and loves to play. She would make a great companion! Meera can be put on hold, but cannot go home until she is spayed.
All AAF cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and tested for Feline Leukemia and AIDS before they leave the shelter. All cats and kittens over 6 months of age are microchipped before leaving, and adopted kittens under 6 months of age can be brought back to the shelter when they are between 6-8 months of age to be micrcochipped (this is included in the adoption fee). The adoption fee for adult cats over 5 months of age is $60 and the adoption fee for kittens under 5 months of age is $85. This is because kittens require more rounds of vaccinations than adult cats. Please read over the "Adoption Procedure" on our website (www.aafpets.org) under the "Adopt a Pet" section before coming out to look for your new furry friend.
