Arrival date 4/14. Jake is a handsome Hound/Shepherd mix. The poor guy could stand to gain a few pounds, he's a little on the thin side. Jake is playful, he has some energy, and loves to play. He would love to have a big yard to run in, and a family to go with it! He needs a little work on some of his commands, but he is doing pretty good with the sit command now. If you are looking for a dog to join you on your walks, Jake would be a great walking buddy. He seems eager to please, and a friendly dog. But please, come in and spend time with Jake, see what you think of this pretty boy! Stop by soon, and meet Jake, cage 26...he'll be sitting by his door, tail wagging, looking pretty happy to see you! $86.00 fee includes OH license, DA2PP, Bordetella vaccine, Hw testing, Worming and spay/neuter. Flea treatment will be provided if fleas are noticed. All dogs will be spayed/neutered and micro chipped before leaving the pound unless other arrangements are made to have your dog fixed elsewhere and approved by the warden.An e-collar may be purchased for $ 10.00. Because most of our dogs were picked up as strays, we have no knowledge of any behavior or health issues. Stray dogs are held for 72 hours before being placed for adoption.
