Meet Harriet
Harriet is a miniature parti poodle with lots of spunk. She’s approximately six years old and survived distemper a couple of years ago, which appears now as a slight tic in her jaw and right front paw. Harriet loves to cuddle and is very sweet. One of her favorite things to do is watch the light and shadows move on really sunny days. She is fascinated and follows them with excitement, which is pretty entertaining to watch.
Harriet doesn’t mind other dogs, but would really prefer to be the only princess in the home. When she’s not fixated on the light, she loves to take walks, play with toys, and chill out on the sofa with you. She has had several teeth removed but can still chew solid food, but if you want to treat her to soft food once in a while, that’s fine by her.
She’s a low maintenance gal and requires grooming about every 6-8 weeks. She’s eager to please and looking for love!
Harriet is spayed and up to date on all vaccinations. She is available for adoption in Houston, but out of state applicants will be considered.
