Meet Murphy

This gentle Lab mix was abandoned by his owner and ran loose in the neighborhood for two weeks, frightened and hiding in culverts. Once our volunteers convinced him to accept a yummy handout, he was all ours. He is easygoing and loving--we have nicknamed him Velcro Dog because he will cling to anyone who offers him a kind word. He's a medium energy guy, good with other dogs and with cats. He loves leash walks and has great manners with everyone he meets.
