Meet Carson
Carson is about 10 years old and weighs about 9 pounds.
Carson is an amazingly sweet cat who has had some bad luck but things are definitely looking up for him now. He suffered from a condition that left his gums painful and inflamed. Believe it or not, the veterinary solution to the condition is removing the teeth. Carson has had the surgery, is feeling much much better, and has bounced back really well; he actually prefers dry food to some cans. He requires no special dental care now – and just think how much his new family will save on annual dental cleanings!
Carson has the softest fur and the gentlest manner and is a real "elevator butt": when you scratch along his spine, the entire back end of his body will rise up to show you how much he appreciates the attention! He is shy but given a calm space and a little patience, he will turn on the charm and purr up a storm. A gentle presence who keeps a pretty low profile during the day, he is perfectly happy to sleep in a sunny window bird-watching or to nap under the bed. Come evening, after he has spent the day guarding your home from those pesky birds, he definitely enjoys hanging out with you when you come home from work Carson has a heart murmur which needs periodic monitoring, but does not require medication at this time. If you want an adorable, quiet companion, you have to meet Carson - he is waiting to share his charms with you!
