Meet Sweet Buster who is going to make someone a great buddy. This 9 yr old boy is in absolutely wonderful shape and sadly his owners are having to surrender him. They have had Buster since he was a pup. Unfortunately, they live on a lake and Buster and their female Bailey compete for toys and anything else that moves. Buster killed a Duck which isn't unusual for a herding boy.//pack mentality and he was the fall guy. Since he has come iinto foster he is an absolute angel. We feel that his female companion with previous owners initiated t his prey drive. The female pemmie has tried to boss him around and they have gotten into spats... He loves to catch a ball/frisbee and have his tummy rubbed. Commands: He responds to sit, stay, shake, lie down, roll over. He is great on a leash and is really eager to please his human. Though, he prefers to be the only buddy to his human(s) We feel he would do best as an only dog- however he MAY adjust to another male or female who is laid back( A meet and greet would be necessary). He loves and thrives on long walks or hikes. Other than his walks, he is completely content lounging around most of the day at your feet and enjoys his 'lazy' days. We would describe him as Low energy. Snuggly, but likes to be at your feet, foot of bed. He would love to be a couch potato but is not allowed on the furniture. This boy will follow his person around from room to room and content to be with his owner. He's a medium to larger sized Pembroke.).Timid around fireworks and car rides. He is up to date on HW preventative, Neutered UPDATE: Buster is no in foster and had been over-served but he's dropping his weight with daily walks to the park. His Foster Mom adores him and FOR NOW , we feel he should be your one and only;however, we plan on doing meet and greets with other dogs in the park. Buster can only be placed in the Carolinas and Ga. His adoption fee is $175
