Meet YODA-DAWGS

Meet Yoda, a 14 lb, 1 year old Fox Terrier/Rat Terrier mix boy. He is attentive, friendly and playful.Yoda loves to fetch the ball and will bring it back and drop it in your hand. He is fine with other dogs and appears to be okay with cats.
Yoda was recently chosen for the DAWGS in Prison program, http://www.dawgsinprison.com . The dogs selected for this program go through an intense 8-week training session and live with their trainers, handlers and caretakers in a dormitory style work camp. All of these dogs have had an extensive temperament test and get along well with other dogs and people. They are available for adoption now and will go home with you after graduation on June 24. The dogs are all crate trained, house trained, and basic obedience trained. They can be expected to sit, stay, recall, down, heel, and respond to no and leave it. The dogs are also well trained on a leash. They are up to date on all vaccines as well as spayed/neutered. Applications for this dog are available online at www.dawgsinprison.com.
