Diesel Great Dane Aurora, CO

Hello, friends, I'm Diesel! I'm a 6.5-year-old, black, male Great Dane, and I can't wait to share some things about myself with you! First of all, I was brought to Big Dogs Huge Paws because my owner was facing eviction and couldn't afford me anymore. This was hard on us all, but I'm hoping I can find a great new family who will take good care of me. I've got some slight allergies, but I'm house trained, leash trained, and I know sit, down, shake, and speak. I'm an inside dog, and I don't bark, dig, or chew. I'm a little protective of my house and don't like it if salespeople or delivery people come to the door, but that just means I am a good guard dog. I'm a couch potato, too, and I love small stuffed animals - the smaller the better, I say! I'm very treat motivated and I enjoy chewing on bones and car rides. If I'm dirty and need a bath, I'd prefer to be cleaned outside rather in a tub. I'm good with other dogs, but I do get a little excited and bark at them initially. I'm not aggressive though, just could use some training to teach me more appropriate greetings. I'm good with cats too - they're interesting creatures and always make me a bit curious.
