Meet Franny, a deserving dog in need of a loving home and one without other pets.
This spayed 8 year old female weighs 15 pounds. She is a true delight and after years of scars and neglect she still loves people and just wants to be pampered and enjoy middle age. She is a little shadow with her foster mom, loves playing ball, searching for treats and couch snuggles.
At night she sleeps quietly in her crate in the bedroom and stays there during the day when her foster mom is at work, but she does have a friend come and play with her at lunch.
Franny likes children, their energy and licking their sticky fingers! Unlike many Jack Russell Terriers she is not a frequent barker, shows no signs of digging behaviour and is not a jumper.
Unethical breeding has left this sweet girl with shaking legs. The vet says it is not fatal and that she likely had this since puppyhood. It may progress but for now she is just fine. Likely used as a breeding dog herself her housetraining is a work in progress and it is best she has lots of access outside.
Franny is best suited to a quiet home with no other pets and with people home during the day. A hard match maybe but this girl deserves it and after you meet her you will agree!
