Buddy Terrier Louisville, KY

Estimated to be around two years old, Buddy is a very sweet, scruffy-coated, 25-lb Terrier mix. We don't have any history on him other than his owner didn't come to reclaim him after being told that Buddy was picked up as a stray by a rural, high-kill shelter. It's hard to imagine that someone would leave a dog as nice as Buddy to face euthanasia and we are really happy that we were able to give him a much-deserved second chance at a new home! While we can't say with any certainty if Buddy is house-trained, he sure can hold it for an awful long time and prefers to wait until his outside time to take care of business. He seems friendly enough with other dogs but, because he still needs to be altered, we haven't put him in a playgroup yet to know for sure how he'll do. To find out if this friendly fella would be a good fit for you and your household, just stop by the shelter and ask to meet him. Buddy can't go to a new home until after he's neutered on 3/12/15 but we are taking applications on him now.
