Peanut Bichon Frise & Poodle Mix Orange, CA

Peanut is a little guy, 10.5 lbs soaking wet! He came to us from the shelter, filthy and so tightly matted that his legs couldn't extend fully for him to walk!! A warm bath, a few clips with the scissors and look at the beautiful, happy-go-lucky guy that was underneath! Peanut is a love sponge. He gets along great with other people and other dogs and is happiest when he's snuggling with you or just sitting by your side. His favorite toy is a little red dinosaur that squeaks. He loves it so much that he brings it to bed just so that he can sleep next to it at night. He gets along great with Bella (she is the resident pup in his foster home), she keeps him company when his foster parents are not at home.

Peanut is about 6 years old, and is blind in his left eye due to a birth defect. He’s sees fine in his right eye and you don’t notice the left eye is blind unless you really look at the eye. Peanut is house and leash trained. He is exceptionally sweet and loving. His personality is twice his size and he almost immediately makes himself at home. He walks in the door and then walks into your heart.


Peanut is neutered, current on all vaccinations and micro chipped. He is being fostered in Southern California and is available for adoption.
