Meet Fuller - SMALL BOY!

Update: Fuller was adopted!

Main pic (sitting in purse) taken 3-25-16......CUDDLY and PLAYFUL boy! Friendly, although not as outgoing as his brother Dipstick :-) He is shy at first, with new people. Small for his age, he is about 2 years old (est DOB 10-5-14), but looks much younger. He weighed only 8 lbs on 3-25-16. So he is like a permanent kitten, ha ha!
His brother Dipstick (adopted) is bigger than him, and has gray markings instead of black like Fuller has. You can see them together in the pic w their mama.
Their mama is Catalina (adopted!), a calico cat who is average size for a female - see the pic of her nursing them, when they were just tiny babies!
Fuller is listed here as Special Needs, because he developed conjunctivitis as a small kitten at the GCARC (County Shelter), so his eyes have some damage, and are not perfect. He can see fine, as evidenced by him running across a room to leap onto a cat perch. :-) His eyes need no particular care, except the occasional eye drops (a bottle will be provided at adoption).
HURRY OUT this Sunday to Petco - Clear Lake 12-4, to meet him!

NOTE: We do offer a discount on the adoption fee, for adopting more than one pet from us!

For more info, you can email his foster mom directly, at katladymarie@verizon.net
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Friends of League City Animal Shelter rescues animals from the shelters and places them in foster homes, where they can receive the love and care they need. We hold adoption events every weekend.
Fuller shows on Sundays: Clear Lake PETCO 12 - 4 pm (Bay Area Blvd @ Space Center Blvd)
You can download an ADOPTION APPLICATION from our PETFINDER HOMEPAGE and submit it to us via email, or at the adoption event. Applications submitted via email can often be pre-approved, meaning you can go to the event and take your pet home that day. We cannot guarantee same-day approval of applications submitted at the event, because there may not be a volunteer working who is authorized to approve applications. Please note that with an approved application, we can sometimes arrange a meeting during the week - Just ask!
Here is the link to our forms. The pdf file contains our one-page FAQs, the two-page Adoption Application, and the one-page Adoption Contract (filled out after approval, and usually after you've met the pet, and made a final decision).

NOTE: Rescued cats and kittens are exposed to a lot, both on the streets and in the shelter. While we provide them with care and some vaccinations, they have not been fully examined by a veterinarian. Your adopted pet needs a complete Veterinary exam (including fecal), within about a week of adoption.
