Eat. Play. Love! Mr. Wilson is a lovable guy with not only a golden coat but, a heart of gold as well. He wants nothing more than to please. He plays well with another dog his age in his foster home and loves snuggling up next to anyone that will stay still long enough to let him. Wilson's favorite place is by your side with his head on your lap. He is happy to fetch and play tug and then curl up beside you for a snooze. He likes to snuggle with his human and his furry foster sibling, too. He does well at doggie daycare where he likes playing in a herd with plenty of leaping, rolling, and mouthing his playmates. He can be vocal when he plays. Sometimes, Wilson seems unaware of his size pushing between legs, under tables, and such. He is just a happy-go-lucky dude! He does eat too quickly but shows no signs of food or toy possessiveness. He walks calmly on a leash but, can pull a bit.

Wilson is a male/n Labrador Retriever mix born ~January 2013. He weighs approximately 55 pounds. He is crate trained and housebroken.

Our adoption fee is $250 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
